DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Behavioural Science Researcher to join the BeHive team in Budapest in May 2023!
Researchers are at the foundation of our high-quality work and highly valuable members of our team.
This is a great opportunity for those with a background in psychological sciences to enrich their skills in an applied setting.
Your responsibilities and tasks would be the following:
- Conduct thorough, up-to-date research (both primary/secondary and qualitative/quantitative) from planning to completion
- Deliver original analysis and insights to the team and participate in thought partnership
- Prepare research output materials/presentations to communicate science to a wide range of audiences
- Actively support strategy planning with research insights
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong research and analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) from the meticulous details in planning, iterations, data collection and analysis, to high quality output development
- Experience in planning and executing research projects (including literature reviews, survey-based research and interviews)
- Advanced knowledge of R and Python are an advantage
- Knowledge of Behavioural Science concepts and psychometrics (having a related degree is an advantage)
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Cognitive and Decision Sciences or related field
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, ability to write concisely and communicate complex ideas in an easily understandable way
- Good spoken and written Hungarian is an advantage
- Analytical, interpretive and self-directed, and able to deliver well-structured, high-quality results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to set deadlines
- Ability to translate research findings into business insights and align information presentation to the stakeholders’ wants and needs
