Tasks:
Your task will be providing assistance to partners and senior lawyers in the corporate/M&A, commercial and litigation practices, including legal research, drafting corporate, transactional and commercial legal documents, advising clients, participating in legal due diligence exercises and negotiations, representing clients before courts and authorities.
Requirements:
We are looking for applications for trainee (ügyvédjelölt) position primarily from fresh graduates. Candidates with upto 1 year experience at international law firms or reputable domestic law firms are also welcome.
High command of English is a condition. German knowledge is an advantage but not a condition.
We are looking for candidates who achieved excellent academic results at university, have a strong work ethic and are eager to work with international clients.
Candidates with LLM degree or with other foreign education (e.g. Erasmus) will have preference.
