Our international partner, a key player in cash management, is looking for their newest colleague to join the Customer Service team!
If you speak Norwegian and English, and consider yourself helpful and flexible, this opportunity is for you.
Location of work: Office in District II, Budapest
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer service and technical support to the company's financial (B2B) partners,
- Investigating client issues and assisting in resolving them,
- Administering and documenting support processes,
- Cooperating with both local and international colleagues.
You can count on the followings (in addition to the base salary):

You’re the ideal candidate if you:
- Speak Norwegian and English fluently, as you will be communicating with native speakers,
- Are available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week (5 days × 8 hours), with rotating but pre-scheduled shifts,
- Have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- It’s a plus, if you have previous experience in customer service or IT support field.
